This program teaches football fundamentals for ages 7-18. This program is designed for small group training as players will be grouped based on age, experience and skill level. Training will foster learning through peer interaction and competition. The program includes basic football fundamental development, speed and agility training, sport specific training and character development.
Randall Godfrey Training and Development Sessions are instrumental in preparing young athletes for the next level. These skills programs ensure that athletes reach an optimum level on the collegiate level as well as the NFL combine. Randall focuses on development in these core competencies: technique and quickness improvement, stance, footwork, reads and keys, key recognition, pursuit angles, man coverage technique, zone drop technique.

The Randall Godfrey All-Star Football Camp
Saturday morning is the day the city’s elite high school and middle linebackers show up for an intense day of instructions and training from Randall. Be prepared for hard work and lots of competition from guys who are aiming to have their season.
This program is for a beginner linebacker. This program allows me, as the personal LB coach, to work one-on-one with the athlete. We will review the importance of the position and how it affects all positions on the team as a whole. We will also focus on the aspects of the player’s development and teach the fundamentals needed to start as a great linebacker. We will work on position specific fieldwork drills.
This program is for a more experienced linebacker preparing for the NFL Combine. This program is designed to go into greater depth as linebackers will train with an individualized linebacker specific programdesigned to increase power, burst and explosion. Time will be spent on the fielddoing drills and exercises without pads. These exercises will concentrate on reading, reacting, improving reaction time, short- and long-distance speed and taking proper angles. Some video work will be incorporated.
